Best concert you've ever seen?

I was not sure where to put this but i want to thank them for the great customer service and all the wonderful things they do!!! Keep it up guys!!!!!
 
I've bought stuff from them and have been very happy with their service and products. I've needed their advice on a few products and they have had great recommendations that weren't their most expensive options. I really appreciate their honesty. When I need things for my truck, I go there first. Even when they didn't have what in was looking for, they were able to point me in the right direction. Who ever owns that company should feel very proud.
 
They have been my go to gang since 1998 when I joined TDR. I always go there first for parts and tech advice as their employees know more about our trucks than the people that built them. It is hard to beat all the years exp. with one brand.

They truly are THE BEST. I always tell Cummins owners about them. I even tell the Cummins dealer parts guys about them! Best prices, best service, best return policy, no hassells, great advice and a patient ear on the phone. Yes, I think there are a few things that they should carry in my humble opinion but hey, what do I know. Thanks Geno's for giving us all the above. It's genuinely appreciated! Eric
 
I stupidly ordered the wrong diameter exhaust tip from them. I told Robin that it was entirely my fault and was there anything I could do about it without consuming the entire cost of the tip in shipping charges. She offered that I pay for the shipping to return the wrong tip while she paid the additional shipping to send me the correct tip. I’ll always order what I can from Geno’s.

lol i did that exact same thing with the wrong fuel filters on my fass system. same outcome as you!!!!!!
 
Yup, great place to do business. All businesses shoud be run this well.
 
Great place, ordered a few thing from them. Last mouth i was installing something on truck an misplace the instruction sheet,call them and they scan it and email the instruction to me. Had it with in 15 minutes. Not many places would do that.
 
When I ordered my Packbrake airbags, I had them in THREE days-to Utah. Could not believe it. And it was at the Christmas time of year. I always figure 5-7 at my door step.
 
Always helpful when I call with questions. Their prices are fair and shipping has always been prompt. I will shop there as long as I drive my Dodge.
 
Geno's Garage is fabulous! They help to keep our trucks running. It beats trying to deal with some of the larger chain Auto stores. Geno's service is great and they have good advice. Plus the sell tried products, If you read about it in the TDR at some point the problem will happen to you, Genos has the parts, that keepus running!
