Troubleshooter, maybe I'm missing something, but from reading your earlier post it appears the problem was the old relay. You mentioned that when you replaced it the FASS started working, and has been working ever since. That seems pretty clear the issue was the old relay.

No, sorry if I was unclear. It ran and then didn't run with the old and new relays. I eventually replaced the 5-year-old relay and it's been running fine for the past five months now. Only part that is different now than when it didn't run is that I replaced the billet aluminum fuel filter cap with the OEM fuel filter cap. Otherwise, everything's the same.



Now, I don't see how the change in fuel filter caps would affect the running of the pump. But on the other hand, everything's been working fine. I guess it falls under the category of "if it sounds stupid but it works, it ain't stupid. "
