Flickering lights, intermittent gauge warning

I have an 1999 ram 2500. Recently I noticed the dash gauge light will come on for a second or so. The led mileage on the dash flickers, the overhead lights, and headlights will flicker. I have changed the batteries, and connectors, replaced the headlight switch, and disconnected the grid heaters with no change. It may go all day without flickering, or do it ever trim the engine is running. The clock on the radio doesn’t do it. Anyone have any ideas? Please, it’s driving me bonkers!
