Mine is a W250, I weighed in at 5800 lb with 3700 on the front axle with me in it. I am not sure how much a 350 would be different, so I am not sure if that helps or not.

This is what I found that worked great for removal. A washer of the correct thickness, about an inch in diameter. You can grab the washer with pliers or whatever.

I have the chrome wheels from a '95 (I believe) on my '90. I think they are 1/2" narrower than the stockers, and the offset is the same making the wheel sit in 1/4" farther than the stock wheels. It isn't very noticable and the wheels look great (for being free). They are great for stock tires...
