2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 1999 Dodge 2500 diesel

After I start the truck the lights in the dash all go out but about 5 to 10 seconds later the seat belt light comes back on and stays on. any thoughts where to start looking?

did you check the fuse panel? IIRC there is a seperate one for the seatbelt light/charm.
