Noticed that my driver bank battery had been seeping acid out of cap, Have P0514 code coming up, Battery heat sensor. Had batteries tested they both checked out great, whats causing my battery to heat up to the point of boiling over? Any help would be great.

If they checked them as a set then they may not have caught the bad one. You may want to disconnect it and check the voltage level. Could be that the drivers side is shorted internally ~ it will measure around 11v or less if bad.

The P0514 is telling you that your battery isn't heating up as it receives charge. Combined with the fact that fluid is escaping the cap, I'd say that points rather strongly to a bad battery.

How old are the batteries?

There is a battery temp sensor under the drivers side battery, there is a good change it has failed or fallen down and doesn't sense the heating from charging and the ECM is over charging it.

How old are the batteries? It's possible its a bad battery, but every bad battery I have tried to charge gets hot too.
