2004.5 Edge EZ ?

Anyone tell me what position on the switch is what power level, also, which way is the keyway in the switch supposed to face? Have a buddy up in Utah that bought a used unit and it didn't have the little plate that goes behind the switch. Says he doesn't feel any difference regardless of where he puts the switch.

The notch goes up. Power level 1 is at the up position, 2 in the middle, 3 down.
