2014 5500 turbo noise

Got a 2014 5500. Gots a really wierd turbo noise and the fumes will make you high. It doesn't start until the truck warmed up. It sounds like wind blowing. It speeds up as you are accelerating. As you come to a complete stop it continues. Raise the rpm to about 1k with your foot on the brake it stops until you start to apply throttle and take off. Any thoughts ?

Exhaust manifold gasket leak? Look for soot stains.
