2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 2WD 3500 '97 - Confused on Caster!

Alrighty I've been through the works and this thing is Almost There I've got a feeling the caster might be not exactly right, light steering w/ poor return to center but I can't figure out how caster is set on this thing? I've been the pictures of the eccentric thing but can't find it on this truck? I'm guessing there is not one on 2WD? If not, how's it set? Going to alignment shop later this week and don't want to get caught uninformed while I'm there.

The two bolts that hold the upper control arm are in slotted holes in the frame. Not the easiest thing to align, take it to a repatable shop. Ive set mine at 6 degrees it drives way better on the highway.
