Just FYI, I have a 3550 payload on my ‘15 3500 Longhorn Aisin SRW SB CC according to the yellow boarded sticker.

Weighed with driver & passenger plus about 140lb of stuff plus bed cap resulted in 3060 remaining.
 
Subtract your rear axle weight from your RAWR. That is how much you can load now. You may need to increase your tonnage if going full RAWR.
 
that is reality! Not many want to listen.

I was loaded heavier than most while full timing with our Bighorn 3575el maxed at it's 16K, truck loaded with generator, fuel for it, tools, golf clubs, picture frame, manual B&W slider etc etc.

Trick is you have to start with a 5th wheel with a lighter pin weight. Ours is 2435 dry. Start with 3K dry pin weight and you will have a RGAWR issue, if you want to bring along "stuff". SnoKing
