Monitor your fuel economy for both loaded and unloaded and how easily it starts assuming the electrical system is where it needs to be. These are indicators that can help give an idea of injector health.

I believe we replaced them at around 250,000, give or take . . . I was in the process of closing our contracting business and going into retirement I didn't want that bill. We tow a travel trailer so we replaced components ahead of time to mitigate potential breakdowns. I was noticing some hard starting, but no issues beyond that.

I was having rail pressure issues with mine at about 250K. Mileage never changed, no fuel in the oil, EGTs were fine, to me nothing out of the ordinary, but was advised it had to much return. Finally changed them at 300K. Holy sheetz what a difference. Lie-o-meter says better mileage than ever but hand calculated it did not changed. But installed the S&S 50 over and no problems now
