2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission ABS issues

I found a place to send my ABS module to for repair. In removing the module, broke one of the screws that hold it in. Would it be safe to apply heat to the ABS where the screw stub is to help remove it with vice grips?

Used the torch and bolt came out
