After getting the 315's and the 2" lift I was getting flashed by everyone I passed when driving at night. Had to drive with just the fog lights on.

Finally found the correct size star tool and have adjusted the lamps as far down as I can. Probably only have a few threads left holding the adjustment screw in place.

At 25 feet the beams still look awfully high. Is there anything else that can be done?

I had to do the same thing. I don't think there's a way around it, except lifting the rear 2", or get airbags and ride around town with 15psi ;)

Did you try both screws, inner side behind grill and the one below the light. I figured the one below the light would be the one. I was wrong. try the other one. It worked for me. Matter a fact I want to raise the light up a Little after adjusting them too low.

Well if that's the case, no wonder it didn't seem to make much difference when I backed the screws all the way out.

Intuitively I thought the screw on the bottom would adjust the up/down.

I consulted the shop manual. As I recall, it said the adjustment procedure was described in the accompanying literature included in the box with the adjustment tool.
