I am thinking of stepping to the 10" wide rim, but I am not sure if they will fit. I will soon have the 2" leveling kit installed, and hope to put some new wheels on afterwards. Is anybody out there running a 10 " wheel, is there any offset, or spacers, required?

Thanks, in advance,

Ted

Ted,

I run a set of Eagle 16x10's that I purchased used. They are offset out way more then I prefer but the guy from Wisconsin who sold them misrepresented them and met me 1/2 way so I kept my end of the bargain. No problems other then rock chips but I know there is added load on the wheel bearings, ball joints etc. The wheels were fitted with 295/75R-16 BFG KO's, they are great. Larry

I have them to and they do stick way out. Any little puddle of water or dirt and the truck is dirty. I have a 2" leveling kit and running boards with 315/75R16's and they rub the running boards just slightly. I ask for a different off set but it was all they had. The tires are wearing a lot better with the wider wheel.

I just put 16x10 Welds on two weeks ago but, lifted it over 5" for a no problem fit. The look is hella bad! I just put the factory fender flares on yesterday to keep the "crap-slinging" down to a more acceptable level. BTW... I got the last set of flares in the country according to DC... the new body style change can't use these.

Hey! How can DC stop making an item like this when there are so many trucks that may still require them in the near furture?:(
