Anyone here donating plasma?

But yet at the same time hate it? :p

I lost an auction because I had to goto work unexpectedly and was forced to bid earlier then I planned (5 hours left in auction). It closed while I was at work, so not only did I not get to do my last minute bid, I had to sit at work and think about weather or not I won.

And the search continues... ...

I used to use ebay a lot when it first started up but as it's become more popular and competive I've found you can get close to the same deal just buying from a vendor, skipping the bidding hassle. This only applies to new items, if you're looking for something old or unusual it's a great service.

I have to send a money order tomorrow for something I bought. I have learned the shipping and insurance and handling a lot of the people charge eats up all the money you saved. Only good thing is the stuff is delivered and you don't have to go all over the place to get it. I usually just figure if I win that is fine. If not there will be another chance for sure.

I had to refrain from looking on E-Bay. It was like an addiction. I was buying all sorts of good deals that I really did'nt need. I did get some good deals. I also have some great deals that I have no idea what to do with them. I was able to quit cold turkey, laughing, but now have an idea about what gamblers go through!

Good things can still be found on E-bay. A buddy and I each bought a new or slightly used 130+ PSI 12volt compressor for $45 (shipped!) for our 24" Grovers we have on our trucks. Now I need to get a smaller tank. Dang 10Gal. tank takes up 1/2 my toolbox! Gonna order a 1/2gal from Rickson probably and put the compressor on a toggle switch (I ain't pay'n $45 for a pressure switch! ):D

so you're smokin' dually, huh? I wanted that intercooler, but i didn't bid on it, kinda of broke from just buying that turbo...

I could have gotten it cheaper but I had a technical difficulty and placed my bid about 40+ minutes too soon.

I'm stoked because that is the last piece of the performance puzzle I need (and I do need it) to get the EGT's lower. I've bid on a couple others but they always go for quite a bit more.

I did look on a salvage hotline a few weeks back. There were some for about the same money.
