Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) anything else?

okay i purchased the #6 plate, afe air filter, and 3k spring kit. my question is is there anything else i can do to get a little more ponies outta my CTD. not injectors or anything else because i know the transmission wont take to much more but just any little upgrades nothing to drastic. thanks in advance.

Maybe slide the plate ahead. I have the 6 plate in a 95, but have not slide it forward.

yea i will have it full foward the smoke wont bother me. will delivery valves without replacement injectors benefit me any?

do you have an auto or manual? i have a 95 with an auto, and there is actually alot more power avail than you feel, because the transmission is sloppy, so you may have more power than you think already... i believe a #6 alone is the most they reccomend before changing something in the transmission

i noticed, that if you turn overdrive off, and drive about 40 mph, (enough to lock the TC) and then give it hell, you can get an idea of the power you have hidden in front of that sloppy transmission

shh... heh, yea i did that on mine a bit too slow and i forced the tc to unlock, heh, oops... i suppose i should have given a disclaimer: warning, can blow up transmission
