The VP44 should be good for a whale of a lot more than 50K miles. It should go farther than the old VE did, and some of those made 400K miles or more. But about this 12V / 24V thing... There's nothing like more valves to get more air through. We bombed a 2K to 300+ HP, if you believe the HP numbers calculated from speed, and it did NOT smoke. The ISB is awesome. It takes a lot more work to get that 300 HP from the 12V engine and NOT smoke at all. All we did is swap external parts, plug in wires, and BAM! POWAH! Nothing quite like it ya know!
