Anyone know where to get replacement bolts for the axle arms? Special bolts or just a certain type? I want to replace them. Thanks for any advice!

You talking about the cam bolts at the axle or the bolts at the frame? The bolts at the frame you can just use grade 8 bolt of the appropriate size, the cam bolts at the axle I imagine you can get at any dealer, that is if you want to go there.....

The lower control arm bolts on your '96, frame end, are 14mm x 2. 0 I believe. You can get replacements from the dealer or source metric grade 10. 9, 100mm long bolts in the same thread pitch. If you use an SAE grade 8 bolt (slightly weaker than metric grade 10. 9 BTW), you will have to use a 1/2" bolt which will have a little slop inside the bushing. The axle ends also use a 14mm bolt, but have the flat machined end and eccentric for caster adjustment as a part of the bolt. I would source those from a dealer.
The upper control arms use 12mm bolts ~100mm long, but I'm not sure of the thread pitch. I have the precise thread pitch @ home as I bought a few for the same reason. I can add that data later today. The lower bolts are 12mm x 1. 75 ~ 100mm long. I source most of my items like this from McMaster-Carr. If they have a warehouse on-island, you should get them quickly.

Thanks for the great info guys! That's what I wanted to hear, a choice of getting my own or going to the dealers (except for those cam bolts). I hate when it's a dealer only part. TSielski thanks for the sizes too, that will help! Aloha... .
