Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Best Exhaust brake

I am looking to install an exhaust brake with my new 5" exhaust kit. I was wondering what the advantages/dissadvantages are of the BD brake Vs. The Jacobs E-brake other than a substantial price difference. I heard the BD brake is louder and rumbles more like a semi sounds and the jacobs hisses. Any suggestions/recomendations are greatly appreciated.

The Jacobs sounds like a rumble inside and a hiss outside. Since the operation mode is the same, I expect the BD sounds the same. I have over 123,000 miles on mine with no problems. And it is used constantly. Every stop.
