Im looking to pick up a couple sets of the copper washers for 2nd Gen 24v truck injectors. Just looking for a good source. Dealer? Other? Thanks.

Just called them and ordered some washers. They're sending them off today. Thanks again Bob!

Quick question. . The factory service manual says to always use new washers when replacing injectors. How important is that? Is it safe to reuse them at all, or is it really a must to replace them every time?

If the washer surfaces are pretty smooth, they should be OK. Run your fingernail across them; they shouldn't catch on any edges. The washers are intended to deform when the correct torque is applied to the injector mounts, but they don't always deform.

If you have any doubt, replace them. Keep the old ones in case of emergency, though.
