Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Bigger Turbo Needed ??

I have a 95 ctd with 330 marine injectors, #10 plate full forward, timing at ? (shop told me what it was set at just cant remember), afe stage 2, 5" turbo back exhaust, and will be installing 191 dv's when hey arrive. Just wanted to know if it's time to upgrade the turbo and if so witch ones to look at. I mostly use my truck as a daily driver, light snowplowing, some towing not to heavy, no racing or pulling just the occational my trucks faster than yours stop light action. If the truck needs a turbo would like something that is pretty street manured. Would a housing upgrade do the trick? Are the 35-40 hybrids any good. How about the Edge ball bering turbos? Any and all of your knowledge is greatly needed and appreciated.
