Anyone looked at the new Blue Ox eq. hitch? Anyone have one?

There is an article in the new Trailer Life (Jan '02) and it looks pretty good.

I saw it in TL, but it looks very expensive. I guess depending on how much towing you do it ay be worth it. I've towed with regular weight distribution and sway cotrol and never had a problem.

One thing the magazine didn't touch on, but I saw in one of the pics, looks like the draw bar sticks out much further than a standard draw bar. Could be a PIA if you drive around unhooked and leave the draw bar in.

Not for me

I was reading about the hitch as well. I will stick with my dual can setup from Reese. I don’t like the idea that on some trailers the battery tray and the LP bottles tray both must be moved. I’m sure the setup works well, but its just not for me.
