Body Parts Interchangeable?

I have an 03 2500 crew cab and am considering changing the fenders to a later version. Are the fenders and headlight units from the 06 and later able to be swapped without torch work or anything else onto the 03 truck? It looks like the hoods are the same on most except for the 10's and up. I would even consider that swap (2010 and up)if it were not a bunch of cutting or pain in the butt stuff. Thanks for the help.

The bumpers are different and the grilles also. I thought the hood was as well? Body shop manuals and the wreckers interchange manuals should help. Shad

Pretty straight forward

hood is the same.

bumper just needs the upper valance

headlights

headlight harness

grill

fenders

updated look + (supposedly, I've been told) better headlights

If nothing else it oughta make early sheetmetal cheaper
