Smarty Jr update 2/11/10?

I have been having a power loss, surge issue happening to my truck at cruising speeds. Then the problem became more pronounced as my truck would lose power at about 20 PSI of boost under a load. I took my truck into the stealership to have it scanned and diagnosed properly. I was told that the speed sensor was bad and that I had a ground that was bad to the trans. Both items were fixed and the truck seems to be running good. I ran my truck without my Smarty JR. for about a week after the repairs to see if everything was cool. So, I put the JR. back to number 3 and the truck is rocking again.

However, I noticed that with the JR. I am only getting about 26 -29 PSI of boost with my foot all the way in it? Without the JR. , I was pulling about 25-26PSI of boost. I don't remember what stock is supposed to be because it was so long since I took my Smarty off of number 3. However, I seem to remember getting well over 30 PSI of boost with the Smarty JR.

So my questions are this... . What is normal stock PSI readings and what should they be with the JR? Also, is it possible there is another problem that was overlooked? If so where should I be looking next.

I appreciate any help you guys can give me, because this is getting old and my patience is wearing down.

Thanks!

Update: The problem grows! Now my truck does not want to shift from first to second gear? It is a late shift at just under 4,000 RPM's... . Or, if I let off the gas, it will shift. The truck still only pulls about 26 PSI of boost too? I need some help here. I have talked with Todd from T & C, and he is VERY helpful and has spent a lot of time trying to help me over the phone. I would give him my truck in a heart beat, but I'm in Chicago and he is a good 400 miles away (I'm not sure my truck would make the trip either).

I'm looking for ideas and help. If anyone has a reccomendation of a shop in my area that would be great. If not, I will be making a trip north.

Please call I need to have you manually shift thru the gears... You have NO luck. . and NO luck around here is not new to us...
