I know that the gassers switch out pulleys to change the revolutions of such things as the water pump. Lowering engine heat and increasing hp. Has anyone every looked at this on the Cummins.

another reason why I think this could be a good thing on a 4k truck is it would help lower some of the PSI inside the block..... maybe keep from blowing freeze plugs?
