Brake Controller Wiring

I need to mount a brake controller in my '94 and have found a blue 4 prong plug to the lower right of the steering column on the kick panel. Is this the factory connector for the brakes? If so I haven't been able to find an adapter for this year model online. All the listings on E-Bay are for '95 and up and show a different plug from what I think is the connection on my truck.
