I need to have a killswitch put in my truck. I will PAY if they would meet up or I'll come to them or they come to me. I tend to drive in some ghetto areas and stuff gets stolen all the time. I live in Southern CA. Temecula area by San Diego. Pm me back if you could help. Mnay helpful guys posted ways on how to do this, but I am just too leary to screw up the electrical. Thanks so much. -Bobby. The truck is an '04. 5, 48re, 4x4.

In a pinch, there's a super-easy way to kill the truck.

After you shut it off, open the hood and open the fuse box. Find the starter relay and pull it out. Place in pocket. I've attached the 2004. 5 fuseblock diagram.

Vehicle could theoretically still be push-started.

Have you checked antitheft wiring thru a Dodge dealer? My '02 Ram has scrmbled wiring and I have a plug I pull when in "bad" areas. There is also antitheft guarantee when doing this. My sister-in-law and her husband have them on both of their gassers and swear by them too. Mine was dealer installed.

Hope that helps.
