Carpet removal

Hello all.



I'm going to be doing a 2M radio install this spring, and I want to pull up the carpeting to run cables.



Is the carpeting glued down or otherwise permanently installed? Is it advisable to pull it up?



Are there wiring tunnels present for existing stuff like power seats, etc. that I can use?

Pull any trim in the area you want to use. the carpet is not fastened to the floor. If you lift the sill plate mouldings you will be able to use that area
