2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Changing seats?

I'v got an early 98 model 12valve with tan leather interior. The power seats dont work and are broken down needing new seat pads and covers. The seat belts are in the seat back instead of on the door post. What is the newest year of pickup i could swap seats,tracks and seatbelts out with for more comfort?
