Cheap programmer to set speedo

I am going to change tires my next time around and I need a programmer (unless I can talk the dealer into going it for me).



Any advice for a cheap programmer?



Maybe somebody has a used one I can score. 2005 5. 9

I use the Smarty, worked great if you can find a used one

Look for a used Smarty Jr.

I believe someone with a Smarty can program your speedo without vin locking on to your truck.

That works on 06-07, but on 03-05 when you go back to stock the tire size goes back to stock.
