does anyone know what the name of the computer is that chrysler uses to turn features on and off and also to work on our 2nd gen trucks is call. i would like to shop around on ebay for one. i have a guy that said he would load the software for my truck on it.
 
DRB II and DRBIII are the computers I know of that the techs use on the OBDII chrysler cars and trucks. DRBIII had a lot more features and stuff it could look at, even had an option for the co-pilot capture system that could capture everything the computer knew when a button was pushed to help in diagnosing intermittent problems. I'm guessing the DRBIIs would be more likely on Ebay right now since the IIIs are still being used quite a bit.
 
You'll definitely need a Chrysler DRBIII.



The older (and much cheaper) DRBII won't work with 2nd gen trucks.
