What are the coil springs held in by? Gravity only? Pressed in? I know the upper three bolts on the shock tower hold the tower to the upper coil mount, but what about the bottom?

Thanks!

Nick

The shock is what holds the coil in. . It will not extend far enough to unseat the coil. . to remove the coil all you have to do is take the shock out. and let the front suspension droop and the coils will pop right out. . that is something that lifted trucks have to worry about if their shocks are to long. the flex the truck and the coil falls out

DUH! If I had thought about my question a little harder I would have told myself the same thing you did. I appreciate it!
