2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission converting CAD from vacuum to cable

The vacuum motor on my 97 rusted out. Does anyone remember which issue had the article about the guy who converted his over to cable actuation. I must not be entering the right info. into the search box. It keeps coming up no match. Thanks, mike
