Yes I put one on my 01 though the one I put on at least at the time was called the Enviroguard from Cummins. While it was still an open crankcase vent it did a decent job of separating the oil from the vent by dumping the oil back into the oil pan via the secondary oil dipstick boss. It was pretty easy to put on. Certainly got rid of the oil drips on the driveway, and the mess on the underside of the engine
If you want a cheaper solution just extend your breather hose and mount your bottle down low next to the oil pan. It will keep your radiator clean. I empty mine at every oil change and rarely get any oil drips in the driveway.
Get a small Nalgene bottle and drill a few holes in the upper part of it. Make sure it doesn’t get full of water or mud if you off road.I don't have a bottle.... It vents open and makes a mess of everything... I used to drive semi and my N14 Cummins did the same thing.
