Daughers Saturn 94 Wiper Problem

The ole wiper is a sometime it works properly & sometime it don't but mostly it seems to be stuck in high speed. I have changed the fuse and it worked for 20 minutes. Changed it again and no joy. Any suggestions or good Web Sites.

if it goes wonky, try giving the wiper motor box a hit with your knuckles. . there may be a loose connection in the circute board like the gm trucks had problems with [mine included]
