Crusing at 60 mph, pulling 5th wheel, smooth road. Truck starts to wobble shake, whatever ya want to call it. "I Ain't never experienced anything like that before". I let off the pedal and it continued to shake untill I was below 35 mph. Had replaced track bar and steering damper 5000 miles ago (135k on truck) and that was the 4th track bar. Took truck to a truck front end shop and got a familar answer: "Need a New Track Bar" !! Also, your steering damper is bad.

2 days later: New tires (needed em anyway), track bar, steering damper and aligned again. Back on the road and only 2000 miles to home.

Thanks to a TDR friend in New Mexico, (Demming), I was sent to A shop there, that knows what their doing.

Any body had the shaking (wobble) and how far did ya go to fix it?

Maby I just need a new truck; A different "Brand Name".

I fixed mine after many many attempts. The bottom line for me was adding a Carli dual stabilizer system and E-Rated Toyo tires. Totally stopped. I never get a hint of it for lots and lots of miles and lots of situations that would have caused it before. I cannot make it death wobble now. The BFG's I had on it before were major contributors to death wobble. You cannot run soft sidewall tires on these trucks.
