Who makes Delo Oil Products? Any good? Manuel says to use 5/30 in winter, but no Valvoline Premium Blue in 3/30? Icannot understand why 5/30 is not made in Premium Blue?

Turbo Terry, I see you are from real cold country. If you are interested in Chevron Dello Products, they have 2 oils that would be good for you. (1) 0w-30 for really cold temps (pour point -76 deg F). (2) 5w-40 (pour pont -60 deg F) They are called Chevron Delo 400 Synthetic.
