Dodoge Mechanic (dealer or other) needed in western pa (butler) immediately

Folks, I'm in need of a local mechanic in the western pa area (butler specifically) to do some diagnostic work on my electrical system. I suspect faulty TIPM in my '06 3500. local dealer is definitely NOT my best option. I'm not opposed to a dealer but would like to get a recommendation from someone in my area with one of these trucks that has at least a neutral experience with a service shop.

Pretty much got to be a dealer. The tech will need a Star Scan tool which usually only the dealers have since they're something like $3k. Also, the TIPM is VIN locked so just changing one out won't work.
Can you tell us what the problem is?

washer pump not working (replaced pump, checked fuses... ) and power mirrors not working. wipers occasionally stop mid path.
