I forwarded that link to several co- workers. We are split in the interpretation of what happened. I say that the idiocy displayed constituted threatening actions toward the police officer. There are those here that say the brain surgeon's free speech rights were violated. They say he should sue him (the cop) cause the tape shows the cop being in the wrong. I say the policeman was defending himself against verbally and potentially physical harm. What say you?
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances
Doesn't look to me like congress abridged his speech at all, we're all free to speak and free to suffer the consequences if we do something stupid, ask Woopie or the Dixie twits, LOL.
That punk got what he deserved if that was not staged. Screw the 1st amendment. If it gives idiots like him the right to pull that type of stunt, it also affords the cop the right to throw him a beatin'!!!
