CJ, how much IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) do you think you'll blend in? How about still using RUG, kero and adding IPA to the mix as well? I would think you wouldn't want to use too much, being it's an alcohol, although I'm guessing some alcohols are worse than others.
I am thinking about trying the mix posted by Msilbernagel a couple pages ago, but I just quit running WVO completely after reading about walexa07's bad oil analysis report. I sent in a sample and will wait until I get my oil analysis results back.
Anyway Msilbernagel's post:

I ran across an alternative idea for blending, from a Hans Schur. First saw it mentioned in the VegOil forums, followed up on the threads mentioning it that I could find using Google, and even found the international patent he has on it (WO 92/20761 - how is your German?!).
Basically, it's 80%WVO, 14%RUG, 6%IPA (IsoPropyl Alcohol)...
He has done extensive testing with a lot of vehicles (in Europe) - mostly indirect injection, but they've put a lot of mileage on the formula and then torn down the engines with excellent results.
CJ can you comment on what engine oil you use, how often you change, and what kind of oil analysis results you have gotten?
Before concluding this post I want to note that on my '98 which I run the not-so-great Bosch 300 injectors I notice less smoke (especially blue) running straight diesel. I wasn't getting much smoke running up to 25-30% WVO, could mostly see it in headlights, but if I poke around town awhile, or let it idle awhile, then hit the throttle . . . it would kick out a decent puff taking off. On straight diesel it's not doing that nearly as much, and I can get on the throttle pretty hard before it makes enough smoke to see, but I'm not running any other mods so it's not like I have much power (maybe 220 to the wheels).
I'm thinking my mix is too viscous, and the 300 injectors which have only 4 holes and don't spray at the right angle, aren't atomizing the WVO mix well enough.
