DTT Flexplate?

Thanks, TDR Staff

What turbo???

Exhaust Pipe?

How do you like it? I Emailed Bill Monday but didn't hear back from him yet. Tell me what you think. I need one now, trucks still down.

What happened to your stocker? Did it crack, or did you somehow rip the center out? Details man! SunCoast has a laminated (re-inforced stocker) flex plate and the stockers can be had from Cummins for considerably less than what the Dodge house wants for the same part.

Give them a call, this is a very busy time of year in the industry,e-mails may not get read as fast as other times of the year

Love DTT dearly but their flexplate is pretty expensive. I went with the ATS - same material but about $100 less on price.

Monday was a holiday in Canada so there e-mail may be a little backed up.

I love my DTT flexplate. hated spending the money, but it was worth it. I set it next to an ATS and the ATS didnt seem as thick. but still a solid plate.

I got one of the reactor flexplates just installed.

Gotta love aluminuminum! :-laf

I think I know where Bill was at this weekend... :D

I got my ATS flexplate from Goerend for less than advertised anywhere that I've seen. That thing is like a piece of art work... . and I can't see how it'd ever get damaged... and I can't imagine anything thicker because you have to remove the spacers to get it to fit... :--)

Shame no one can see it... . hope I never have to see it again in person, but I've got pictures... . :-laf

Thanks

I got the truck over to PowerByPoole Saturday and he has the DTT flexplate ready to go in. While it’s down I'm shoving in a Helix 2, F-1 springs and a Fluidampr. Hope I notice something when we get it back together. I wish DTT had these flexplates four years ago.

How do you get the Cummins to turn more RPMs? Is it in the computer, or does it just gets more air and fuel and is able to turn more. Man I’m hooked bad.

Guess I'll find the next weakest link soon, hopefully not too soon. Wish me luck!

Thanks for the great info like always TDR.

What is the difference with the bolt-on Cam? Is it the best way to go? I see they cost the same so why would you want the other?

Bolt on. It's in mine - the only way to go. You don't want stuff slipping around in there. That's probably what Olee would advise you to do.

The prices on Dons site may need to be updated.

I would upgrade with stock hp. . it's only time till the very thin stock flex plate will crack and leave you on the side of the road with a tow bill. And the tow bill could be as high priced as a flex plate.
