Hi guys... I would like to wait until I pull my trailer a few times to check whether or not EGTs are going to be a problem. I would like to have an exhaust brake installed before I pull the trailer though. My question is... If I go ahead and install an e-brake now, will it still fit when/if I need to go to a larger exhaust to reduce EGTs?? Am I correct that larger exhaust will reduce EGT? Will a BHAF help with EGT, or just more power?
I don't even have my gauges yet, but am trying to plan an order of progression. Money is limited, so I need to prioritize what I spend it on and when. Right now my exhaust is stock, and I am leaning toward a Jacobs brake.
Thanks
