As mentioned earlier, I reconnected the (TC lock up wire?) at the transmission connector. Codes went away.
1. Limp mode is gone.
2. Light on stalk switch glows when switch is pulled out.
3. It could be me and I have not driven the truck in a while but it seems to be running the more agressive shift pattern. I like it.
EB is still not turning on. I went through the Jacobs electrical troubleshooting on page 12 and 13.
Key on:
1. 10 am fuse good, 12v showing at fuse
2. disconnected EB air soleniod: 10 ohms. Should be good. Normal is 10-20 ohms
3. checked solenoid wires (solenoid disconnected): 0 volts w/ ignition and EB on. Should be reading 12 volts between wires.
Key off, remove relay base from relay, turn key back on:
Pin 30-battery 12 volts-checked 12.3 v
Pin 85-key switched 12 volts-check 12.2 v
Check continuity:
Pin 18 to Pin 42 ECM- yes
Pin 87 to solenoid- yes
Ran truck and two codes keep coming back:
P0477 Exhaust pressure control low
P0478 Exhaust pressure control high.
Maybe ECM damage resulting in those two codes?
