quick question, i know it would be a small ammount of more work, and maybe the effects are minimal, but why not run the wastegated exhaust down a little more and right into the elbow, thats about 3" under where it is so it doesn't have to make two turns and would flow better with the exhaust?
 
Greg this engine is looking very good. Horse Power numbers are also impressive. Lets get this engine in the car and put that girl in there so we can send it on a run. Thanks, Brady
 
Here is the new balancers ATI sent me , Ray was insistent that I loose the aluminum hub , and run something with dampening quality , there were signs in the gear train on my last motor, that this is needed . so I gave Jim Betty at ATI a call told him what we wanted , and two showed up blue the a few days later , really killer parts .
 
I log the following channels.



1. Engine RPM

2. Drive shaft RPM

3. Transmission input shaft speed

4. 6 EGT’s

5. Boost pressure

6. Drive pressure

7. Turbo out air , temp

8. air in to port temp

9. fuel pressure

10 Accelerometer

11 turbine shaft speed

12 rack travel

13 shock travel

Last I read... . stay at that power level and USE IT much... . they will tear the bottom webbing of the block out. Yes PULL the Crank out the bottom of the block!



Sounds like a "worry" to me!

The same Banks that claimed a 92 1st gen made 160 hp to the rear wheels according to their brochures? And would put down 224 hp with a stage III system?

Not and Not.

Who knows which SAE standard they are using.
