Ok guys..... Have a problem and I discussed it on here a couple of weeks ago. My stacks emit a very loud and obnoxious squealing noise when the E-Brake is activated. I have heard from BD and they insist an exhaust leak is causing this and that should NOT be hearing this noise..... only a pshhhhhhhhh noise!! I did find one bad leak in the downpipe and a minor leak on the inlet port of the brake itself. I have re-sealed both and cannot feel any leaks at all. The noise is still there and very loud and obnoxious. I have no muffler or anything from the downpipe back. They are 5" stacks and I have the twin turbos from BD.
My question is this..... Is this normal? BD has stated more than once that I should not be hearing this noise. I cannot find or feel anymore exhaust leaks..... it is completely sealed now. If this squealing IS normal, will the resonators that fit inside my stacks solve my loud sqealing??
TIA
Alan
