Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I have heard so many things. A friend who is now going with an 04 manual because he was told by DC that the exhaust brake will never be approved for the auto and then on the other side Pac Brake saying it already is approved.
Who decides this for sure and how can you get it in writing?
The last I heard was that DC was testing the reliability, is this true?
