Exhaust Grommet?

I'm looking into purchasing 5" stacks and I don't want a exposed hole in my bed. I'm looking for a grommet in either billet or stainless with a 5. 5" inner diameter to give . 25 in clearence for the y-pipe. Running the stacks through the bed in the corners is out of the question with fuel cell clearances on 2wd being as tight as they are. Stainless heat shield is also something I'm looking into, any suggestions on locating either accessories? I'd make them, but don't have the equipment.
