Motor is broken

Sounds like you have a FASS 95, not a 150. You need a BF1275 and a P551315, along with an adapter from FASS to run the P551315.

is there a good place to get all this. I could not locate the adapter.

If I do find the adapter can I run the 1212 ? I assume not due to its size ?

I have an AD165II, can I assume it uses the same filters as the 150?

Also I was wondering about the stock filter. I have run the AD165II directly to the CP3, but it still returns through the factory lines and filter block. I was wondering if it runs through the filter on the return (basically do I still need to change the stock filter periodically)?

Yes the ADII and AD use the same filters.

No it does not run thru the filter on the return.

Another question, is their some ware I can order both the Luberfiner WS and the Donaldson FF from the same place?

I went on Luberfiner's web site, it looks like I have to be a distributor to order from them direct.

Try the Baldwin BF1275 instead, any truck shop should sell both Donaldson and Baldwin.

The 1212 would fit, but is for the vacuum side and only 20um so won't work on your application. The adapter will probably have to come from FASS, I think its $4.

More questions; I presently have New
1 AirDog WS80 W/S
1 AirDog FF100 FF
2 Fleetgaurd FF5613 FF

Any of the above worth keeping/using?

I would like to point out that the AD 165II is an "on demand" pump, and does not recirculate fuel like the std AD of Fass systems.
Does this make a difference in filters I can run?
Also I use Power Service additive every tank, does that help with the water in the fuel?
I have drained the WS80 that is presently on the truck, and very little if anything comes out.
I assume the BF1275 is a W/S, am I correct?

Thanks for your help.

Anyone on here a dealer I can order these filters from?
Luberfiner LFF 9594 or Baldwin BF1275 - W/S
and a Donaldson P551315 - FF

I would like to support someone on TDR if I can.

The FF5613 and FF100 should be 1 in the same, and are 5um absolute and should be fine. Does the WS80 have a metal or plastic drain?

Yes the BF1275 is the f/w sep.

can anyone lead me to a link of where to get the correct adapter for a fass95?

I have looked but cant find it (I suck at searching).

Then all I should need is a Baldwin BF1275 and a donaldson P551313 and all is good ? I do have the 150 motor and pump on the 95 if that makes any difference.

The one on the truck and the spare WS80 both have plastic drains.

That is the old style, and I wouldn't use them.

It used to be on their site, but I didn't see it. Try calling them?

IF anyone needs new BF1212. I got the ones (3) I purchased here.

Thanks AH- I will call Fass and track down the adapter.

What about the Fleetgaurd FS19594?
I assume you like the Luberfiner W/S the best over the Baldwin.
Can you rank these 3 acording to your preference?

Thanks again

The FS19594 is better than the original, but only a 20 GPH rating and still shouldn't be used.

BF1275
LFF9594
FS19594

Dang, where did you buy them that they charged $53 for three filters ($17. 66ea). I just bought two and paid about $8 plus change each.

Drove around town to advanced auto and others (no auto zone in this town) , no dice, cant find a BF1275 baldwin or the donaldson P551313. Looked up on autozone web site and they don list either. Is there a source for those off the net ? I did however get the adapter I needed ordered from Fass, $5 part and $10 to ship, they could have just charged me $12 for the part and $3 for shipping, that would be more realistic.

Believe it or not, I was also looking for Zerex G05/hoat anti freeze and could not locate that either. All my fair weather projects have to be put on hold for a while.

Try NAPA . They can get you just about anything. That's where I got my G05. Ask them to order you the filter.

More Questions, I did go to napa, they had the wix filter and separator.

The numbers I have are napa 3616 for the water/fuel separator

3528 for the filter.

Of course they said these are exactly the same filter as the donaldson and baldwin I requested. He seemed to be well informed and had no doubt these were exact replacements. I just want to be sure I am getting the correct separator and fuel filter before I take them out of the plastic.

And they did have the G05 on hand :D

I was wondering if my fleetguard FS 19594 (separator) that I currently run on my Fass was even doing anything ? I know I have never drained water from it,only fuel comes out, the stock system always would have some water drip out. From what I understand: that is the whole problem. I currently run that F/S with a fleetguard FF5712 for my filter.

I have an adapter comming today to swap this set up over to the new ones if you all agree they are good to use. Really like my new injectors to last for a while.

The FS19594 is rated at 90% free/emulsified water sep, but only at 20 GPH.

As for water I haven't seen a drop of water in 40K miles, and I have 2 f/w seps. Modern fuel is pretty good, if you buy it from a good station.
