Why do you need more than 29? I thought about 13 PSI was perfect. Higher than that leads to hard starting from what I have been told.

13 will work for the 24 valves, but the P7100 needs more. 20 minimum full load. Can't help with the original question, I am still stock lift pump.

Where are you pulling your pressure from? What model FASS do you have? I am getting 40psi out of my 150/90. I had a low pressure issue and it ended up being the OFV.

FASS pressure changes are made in the bypass line that places the air back into the tank. Inside the fitting on the block is a check ball and a spring and to change the pressre you need to change the spring. As stated above the model number is needed to make sure we direct you the correct way.

Your OFV is causing the lower pressure..... if you pinch off the return line does your pressure go up? The other thing is sometimes the check ball and spring get crud on them and you have to pull them out and clean them. I have had to do that a couple times now but it has been fine for a while now (knock on wood)

All I can tell you is good luck getting it fixed...

Mine has had 30psi at the pump block and in the line since the day it was installed some 2 years ago and it has NEVER been fixed. I have given up any hope to have it fixed and would not reccomend a FASS to anyone. Be careful how you approach your issue with your pump as too many words in public will end you up where I am,fixing your own problem with no help from the people who say you have a 7 year warranty... Good Luck... . Andy

I had a lower pressure issue with mine until I fixed the OFV then my pressures have been at a steady 40psi. I have been tossing the idea of the adjustable regulator around in my mind to replace the OFV..... basically so I can adjust the pressure more so if needed.

OFV has been done on mine and its makes zero difference as did the visegrip test by pinching off the return line, still 30psi no matter what spring is in the return.

Call you.....

Not Me,ever. Pressure hasn't been right on mine since it was installed 2 years ago. Imagine spending $1285 for the pump/install and extra filters and it doesn't give you the advertised pressure. There were calls made and new springs sent out, which did ZERO to fix it. Then when I began to get loud about things I get cut off and the pump was never repaired,so much for even a 7 year warranty. FASS,nor their respective dealers here, have stood behind the product so I decided it would be run until it failed or the pressure got worse.

i have found that diesel dan at fass to be a very stand up guy and helpfull. i would give him a call and tell him what is going on. he has helped me out a couple of times and even located the right pump for my truck while i was on the road (very dumb shop in ut put on the wrong fass pump). mine runs around 40 and works great. i have eleminated all of the factory pre heater filter ect and new lines front to back.

Joe...

Since Dan(Lowfly) has left FASS and is no longer associated with them I have very graciously had them repair my pump, not once but twice. They sent me a new 200gph pump in November to replace the original one(whichw as found to be leaking terribly at the motor block and had a issue with a stuck check ball inside) and then for some reason the 200gph motor quit in early December. They,Charlie(the new warranty man),sent me a new motor and I assembled it with his instructions and swapped out both check balls for the new ones and it has been working flawlessly ever since.

At Spring fling the pressure was rock steady at 50psi and did not pull down one bit at all when we had it at full song on the jet. I was very thankful for what Charlie did for me and as I stated before my issue was a pressure issue only the pump worked like it was supposed to then and now with the proper pressure it is a sweet set-up.

The fine people at FASS stepped up and fixed me up and for that I thank them very much... ... ... ... Andy
