Which one is more restrictive...cat or muffler?

Depending if you plan on going with a modded CP3, a FASS 95 can make 45psi all you can get out of a 150 is 25psi.



I vote the FASS, they have got some new motors out that are VERY quiet, cant even tell its there.
 
Just remember if you do go with a FASS system to send in your owners card by registered mail. If you don't, and for some reason they can't find it, they will turn down any warranty claim, even if you have the original receipt. That is what happen to me, they did try to make me happy by extending my warranty 2 years.
 
Thanks guys, Im a firm believer in big name products. It only takes a few minutes on here to recognize that FASS is a big name. So that is the way I will go. Not going to mod my CP3 truck is probably maxed out as far as upgrades to power, I want more reliability and long engine life so the question still remains is 150 too much or would the 95 be better for my application???

If I recall correctly, it's illegal to deny warranty for not sending in a "warranty" card. However, a company can offer additional benefits (e. g. , extended warranty) if you do send it in.



Back to the subject: I have the Edge J/A and will be putting on a SPS62/14 soon. I've been considering a pump. Since I may later modify the CP3, which pump will work with the stock CP3 and later a modified CP3? Am I asking too much?
 
like wise i plan to run a modd cp3 one day for now just the tst/mp8 stack with a turbo soon exactly what fass should i run thanks

True here in CA, but not all states have this great law.

I getcha. Thanks! I guess my next question should be, will going with the 150 gph pump and a 13-16 hurt anything with light-moderate power upgrades? I'd like to have the flexibility to go more if I want to.
 
So you guys are saying I bought this FASS 150 a year ago or so and I cannot turn the pressure up to run a modded Cp3/Dual Cp3s (next upgrade along w/ injectors), just watch me, I believe I found a way. So we will run'er til she burns up and then a GDP kit will be installed. And someone will find the fass kit laying along the side of the road.

Why not trade somone for a 150/95?
 
Why not just put a 1/4 turn valve in the return line and close it some to restrict fuel thats trying to get back to the tank, should increase fuel pressure... Hmmm...

Leave it open up most of the time, Normal driving, and turn it close to you get the pressure you want for racing, sledpulling, etc.
 
Dang, I am pretty sure when I bought this FASS I asked that this pump would work good with a modded Cp3 "Yep, Yep, this FASS' are the best... " Yea right, man I wish I knew where I got it from, I would shove it... ... ... ... ... ... ... .
